We supply a premium party area including tables & chairs for each child guest. You will have the party area for 90 minutes & the host for two hours. At the end of 90 minutes, guests have an extra 30 minutes for free play! Your host will find the kids at the end of two hours, give out party bags and say goodbye! We also clean up the party area for you at no extra charge. Each child will receive a meal including umlimited water and coridal. The hosting parent chooses two of the following meals: | |

Please advise all of your guests that they will need to wear socks while playing on the equipment.
- If your party grows by more than five guests, please let us know as soon as possible
- We also ask that you restrict the number of adult spectators invited to your party
- We are more than happy for parents to play - in fact, we encourage mums and dads to get in and have fun with their children
How the party works
- We supply tables and chairs for each paying party guest
- You may bring your own party food
- Decorate your table
- Sit back and watch the kids at play
- We have snacks, confectionery, soft drinks and juices available
- Sorry, we do not prepare hot food nor can we offer heating facilities
In the main, parties are self-catering - please take your party waste home with you.
Party Check List
- Socks (spares) - some of your guests might forget

- Plates, napkins
- Nibbles
- Loot bags
- Personal water bottles
- Mum and Dad - bring a book or paper, as the kids have so much fun you won't see them until cake time!
What not to bring
- Pinatas (too dangerous)
- Party Poppers or confetti (too messy)
- Face Paint (too messy)
- Party Horns (too loud)
- Lollipops (too dangerous - running children) - please don't include these in party bags
- Too much food - we find most parties use only half the food they bring (most kids are too excited to eat much)
We highly recommend that the birthday presents are opened at home, as we often find pieces of new gifts left on the floor.
Also, our venues do not lend themselves to traditional party games - the kids are more than happy on the inflatables.
Please don't turn up early for your party - your table may not be ready for you.
Decorations
Feel free to decorate your table with plates and balloons, etc. Please do not tie balloons or banners to the sports nets (removing them could damage the nets).
Do not tie any decorations to the light fittings.
All party rubbish must be taken home with you - this includes any decorations.
What to Wear
Everyone playing on the inflatables must wear socks - no socks, no play.
Inflatable world is a high energy maximum activity zone - kids get hot and sweaty, so we suggest you wear loose comfortable clothing.
Please leave your hats, jewellery, tiaras, watches, iPods, and pets at home.
Payment
Party packages are set with minimum numbers & can not be reduced.A deposit of $100 (min) & a completed booking form is required to secure your booking. If the booking form & deposit are not received within 7 days of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled. Outstanding balances must be paid in full on arrival for your party.
Invitations are only issued after your party deposit has been paid & your ccompleted form is received. However, invitations are free to download and print at any time from our website.
Times
It is very important that you & your guests are on time. The time stated on your booking form is when the party begins. Strict timings are in place, due to the high volume of party bookings we take. We suggest you advise your guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to your party booking time. Please see centre staff no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party booking time to check-in. Please do not arrive for your party too early as your party area will not be ready for you. You will have use of the designated party area for 90 minutes only. After this time, you must vacate the party area for cleaning.
Final Numbers
Final numbers must be confirmed by phone or e-mail no later than the Tuesday prior to your party booking date, unless advised otherwise prior to this date. Once final numbers are confirmed, they can not be reduced & they must be paid for regardless of any reductions in numbers leading up to or on the day. Final numbers can increase - but if your party grows by more than five guests, please let us know.
Cancellations
More than 14 days notice - deposit is non-refundable. Date can be changed within 6 months

Safety & Damages
Damages caused by children or adults are the responsibility of the host parent. Whilst all care is taken to ensure the safety of all patrons, Inflatable World and Toowoomba Indoor Sporting Arena is a high energy, active area & as such injuries can occur. All patrons participate in these parties at their own risk & we can not be held liable for any injury.
No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen property. We strongly recommend that you leave watches, jewellery, ipds, etc. at home. We also recommend that you leave opening birthday presents until you get home as we often find pieces of new gifts left behind..or they go missing.
Please note that we reserve the right to amend or update our terms & conditions as & when necessary
